On 5 February, La Fabrique de la Cité went to Hamburg to meet Anselm Sprandel, Director of the Central Refugee Coordination Unit (ZKF) and Jan Pörksen, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labor, Social and Family Affairs and Integration of Hamburg. Today, La Fabrique de la Cité publishes the account of its visit to this city for which resilience necessarily implies collective intelligence.
